  2. Kalador Entertainment is a Canadian company dedicated to providing consumers with quality games and entertainment products. From this site, you can browse or search through our products and download them to your mobile phone. You can find out more about Kalador here.

  3. What are downloadable games and how do I get them on my phone?

  4. Modern mobile phones are mini-computers and you can download games and other content to your phone. Downloadable refers to how you receive the games. Such content is downloaded to your phone over the wireless data network. Kalador products are available via phone company mobile menus, wireless portals, kiosks, retail outlets, internet websites, and directly from this portal.

  5. Will I incur download charges to receive my content?

  6. Content is usually downloaded "over the air" (OTA) to your mobile phone. This means you are using data minutes and, according to your mobile phone company and subscriber plan, you may be charged for data usage. Although the games are usually only 100-300 kilobytes in size, it is always advisable to check with your phone company before downloading anything.

  7. Which games will work on my phone?

  8. Most products are designed to work on a variety of phones but you need to run the right version - the version designed specifically for your phone. When you set your mobile phone (the set mobile link at the top of the page) you ensure that the products you view will work on your phone.

  9. I'm not sure which phone model I own!

  10. This is more normal than you think! Normally, once you've bought a phone, you don't care about its model name. But since games and other products are specifically built for your phone, you need to know to make sure you are getting the right version. Your phone can usually tell you. Here are some common ways:

    • Go to kalador.com/wap on your phone and select "help" - we'll tell you what your phone is!
    • Check your phone's menus for information about your phone.
    • Sometimes the start-up screens shown during power-up will tell you.
    • Try removing the battery - the model is often noted underneath.
    • Call your carrier from your mobile phone - they can tell you which phone you have purchased.

  11. I downloaded a game and I found a problem with it!

  12. There are hundreds of handsets, many with multiple firmware revisions, and our games are available in a variety of languages and configurations. Our products are reviewed and verified before being made available to consumers. Production quality is extremely important to us. However, sometimes mistakes do happen, and when they do, we want to fix them!
